Cleveland Cavaliers Roster Report 2009-11-30

Cleveland Cavaliers Roster Report 2009-11-30ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Mo Williams, Shooting guard Anthony Parker, Small forward LeBron James, Power forward J.J. Hickson, Center Shaquille O'Neal. Bench -- Forward Anderson Varejao, Guard Daniel Gibson, Forward Jamario Moon.

PLAYER NOTES:

--F LeBron James dished out eight assists in the first quarter against Dallas. He was the first Cavs player to do that since G Eric Snow on Jan. 8, 2005 against New York.

--The Cavs had three players reach double figures in scoring off the bench. The reserves scored a season-high 40 points against Dallas. F Anderson Varejao had 15 points, forward Jamario Moon added 13 points and guard Delonte West had 10.

--One source said the deal-killer in the proposed trade of G-F Stephen Jackson to the Cavs might have been their insistence in getting a first-round pick back from Golden State. How would Jackson look at shooting guard right now in Cleveland? Jackson, now with Charlotte, said he had his fingers crossed that the Cavs would trade for him.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--F Leon Powe (ACL left knee, microfracture surgery left knee) will miss the first half of the season recovering from the surgeries. He's expected to return in January or February.
