--The Cavs had no committed salaries for the 2010-11 season until G Daniel Gibson signed last week. They are being very careful to keep their flexibility. All-Star LeBron James is expected to opt out of his contract after the 2009-10 season, and the Cavs are scheduled to have mega-millions to not only re-sign James, but to sign another superstar-type player.
