Cleveland Cavaliers Notes, Quotes 2008-05-02
--This series has been so rough that teams are getting flagrant fouls on off days. The NBA confirmed that the league office reversed a call made in Game 1 and assessed a flagrant-1 foul on F LeBron James for his elbow to the face of Wizards C Andray Blatche. Previously, there was no whistle on the play in question with 11.5 seconds remaining in the first quarter of the April 19 game. His elbow was in retaliation to James getting hit in the face by Blatche on a previous drive to the basket. There have been four flagrant fouls and nine technical fouls in the feisty Eastern Conference first-round playoff series.

--F LeBron James became the fourth player in NBA history to put up at least 34 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists in back-to-back playoff games. The others were Larry Bird, Oscar Robertson and Dolph Schayes.

QUOTE TO NOTE: "I'm just an employee of the NBA. I'm not the boss." -- Cavs forward LeBron James' reaction to Washington guard DeShawn Stevenson's $25,000 fine.
