
--The Cavaliers have completed an agreement with an investment group from China to become minority owners of the NBA franchise and its arena. A source said former minority owner David Katzman sold his 15 percent cut of the Cavaliers Operating Company to an Asian conglomerate, which includes JianHua Huang. Katzman had a falling out with majority owner Dan Gilbert, and this will complete the divorce. A source said the agreement won't affect the day-to-day operation of the franchise.
