Cleveland Cavaliers Notes, Quotes 2009-02-13
--The Cavs went deeper into the season without losing two consecutive games than any team in franchise history (49 games). The last NBA team to go at least 49 games without consecutive losses was the 1994-95 Suns (52 games). The 1984-85 Celtics hold the all-time record for not losing two in a row in their first 74 games.

--Cavs coach Mike Brown said he wouldn't have any problems the next time official Joey Crawford is officiating one of the Cavs games.

"All the officials are good officials and I don't have a problem with any of them," he said. "I'm pretty sure none of them have a problem with me."

Crawford made a crucial call against the Cavs on Tuesday in Indiana with 0.1 seconds remaining. He called three technicals against the Cavs in their game against Toronto at Quicken Loans Arena on Dec. 9. He called technicals on F LeBron James, F Ben Wallace and Cavs assistant coach Mike Malone that night.

QUOTE TO NOTE: "It means a lot. He protects us. He's the head of this team. He protected us last night and it means a lot." -- F LeBron James, on coach Mike Brown standing up for the players after Tuesday's loss in Indiana.
