The Cavs seem to think they are getting back their swagger on the court. Four consecutive double-digit victories, including three against playoff teams, will do that for the Cavs. "I think we're starting to get a little bit of our swagger back," Zydrunas Ilgauskas said. "Last year we had it. This year we didn't have it at the start of the season. "We were going through the motions, just expecting to win. Now, when teams are down, we want to step on their throats and finish them off."
The Cavs (15-5) travel to Memphis on Tuesday.
Ilgauskas said it's not an automatic thing.
"It takes a while," Ilgauskas said. "We had a slow preseason. This is a different team."
J.J. Hickson said it's been there the whole year.
"I don't think we ever lost our swagger," he said. "We just had a few things we had to work on."
CAVALIERS 101, BUCKS 86: Guard Delonte West was almost rendered useless in Friday's game against Chicago. That didn't prevent him from being the best player on the court on Sunday.
West had a bad night against the Bulls. He made up for it against the Bucks with a season-high 21 points, three assists and two steals.
He fueled a 29-0 first-half run that left the Bucks (9-10) flat-footed. The Cavs (15-5) scored the first 18 points of the second quarter.
Forward LeBron James had 14 points and 10 assists for his fourth double-double in a row.
Anderson Varejao came off the bench to grab a game-high 12 rebounds. The Cavs have now won 12 of their last 14 games, including four in a row.
The Cavs held the Bucks to 38 percent shooting from the field. The Bucks missed their first 18 shots of the second quarter.
Bucks rookie Brandon Jennings had a game-high 24 points.
